Not too far off from now, Rachael will have completed her Level 3 Certificate in Assessments to train other carers to the same high standards we expect . This means Rachael will be supporting some of our care team to achieve their Care Certificates and Level 2 Diplomas.
Rachael is insured to drive our service users to appointments, shopping, meeting friends and family or just taking you somewhere you may like to go for a walk with the dog.
Rachael accompanies our international clients on their travels via yacht or private jet as well as some of our prIvate clients in the UK.
Fun Fact: Rachael calls her car “Pip.”
Carl mannion
Carl is the Registered Manager and Nominated Individual at Beloved Homecare. Carl is the person who makes sure that the ways we support your needs follow the rules set out by Law and checked by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Carl has lots of qualifications in leadership and management and leadership and management in adult care separately. Carl has been working with large businesses around the world for many years and brings his knowledge of international business management to the care sector, helping international clients navigate moving between countries while providing high value private care.
Carl was first introduced to caring for people in their home because of his nan and he wanted to work in the care sector since. Carl was very close to his nan and she did not want to go into a care home when she fell ill. Respecting the wishes of his nan has been his driver for person-centred care.
You will probably meet Carl when he is out with the team. He cares a great deal about how you are treated by the team at Beloved Homecare and he will want to make sure you are happy with the support you receive.
Fun Fact: Carl loves Star Trek….but definitely not Star Wars!
Beloved Staff in November 2023!
Our staff
All staff at Beloved Homecare and Wepre Villa Homecare are chosen for their skills, attitude to work and values of taking care of family.
All staff have enhanced criminal record checks (DBS), receive Care Certificate training as the absolute minimum standard, plus lots of other specialist training in their career.
Reliability is so important when we are taking care of people. This is why we have an excellent record of attendance for all carers. Attendance in all care staff is monitored with a rate of 100% required.
Honesty is a core quality of our care team. This is why we thoroughly check all backgrounds and this includes Home Office checks as well as enhanced criminal record checks and previous employer references.
A caring nature is what we look for most of all. Would we feel safe if our carers were looking after our own family members? This is the “Family Test.” Only carers who pass the Family Test are permitted to work at Beloved Homecare and Wepre Villa Homecare.
Our carers are like family to us. We want them to recognised as valuable for their values, knowledge, skills and experience. They share stories and cultures that many of our clients become excited to hear about at each visit.
