Beloved Homecare offers Private Care Packages for clients who cannot wait for local authorities to arrange care, or if they are not eligible to receive funding for care for any reason. We can provide care in less than 24 hours.
Our services are broad and cover most eventualities including:
Permanent live-in care
24 hour care
Overnight care
Respite care for short breaks for family members (minimum 48 hours)

Carl Mannion
Carl is the Registered Manager and Director for the Beloved Group. He is responsible for making sure the systems, processes, clients and staff have all they need for a successful care experience.
Carl has managed over £3.2Bn in assets and 32,000 people in the supply chain across 4 continents in his previous roles as a chartered safety professional and chartered construction manager. He left his career after the death of his Nan made him want to change.
Carl has a wealth of senior leadership experience and audit background before joining Beloved Homecare.
Rachael Stokes
Rachael is the director of Beloved Homecare and the Responsible Individual for our companies in Wales. She is responsible for making sure the service runs and administered so that care is delivered on time, to the care plan and making sure both clients and staff are happy in their role.
Rachael became a professional carer in 2016 and fell in love with the fact she can help people achieve positive outcomes.
Charmaine Holland
Charmaine is the client services manager. She is the first point of contact for staff and clients alike and is the person to ensure compliance to the regulated standards as well as customer service excellence
Charmaine has experience leading and managing care for both children and adult settings across Merseyside areas. With over 15 years of experience in care leadership, Charmaine is the perfect person to support clients and their families achieve positive care outcomes.
