Private Homecare: A Small, Dedicated Team
When you think about healthcare it is often the case where you will be treated by a total stranger in the hospital or even local GP surgery. Gone are the days when you would have a community doctor and a team of staff who would likely know your entire family.
Nowadays it is more likely that you can be seen by a GP who does not know anything about you other than what is written in your notes.
When it comes to private healthcare, things are VERY DIFFERENT!
Private Homecare with us means that you are given a dedicated team of carers who will support you, or your loved one throughout the entire process of needing care.
Some of care staff travel around the world with a single client as a support service team. Usually this is a minimum of three carers, but it could be more depending on the support levels required.
All private homecare clients with us have the opportunity to meet their dedicated team of care professionals who will support and accompany with all days out, worldwide travel or even staying at home.
Live in care remains one of our most popular options for private homecare. This means you or your loved one will have a dedicated carer 24/7 365 days per year. Often this will be a team of three carers to cover holidays, etc.
All of our carers are professionally trained to the Care Certificate Standard in England and to the All Wales Framework in Wales.
